Christmas Table

Ok Here is a picture of my table. If you have a look closely you will see I have made the Napkin Holders with Black and White cardstock and a red ribbon in the middle. The place mats I made as well with a christmas wheel rolled on it and Merry Christmas stamped as well. (should of taken the plates off for a better look). Next to the Bon Bon I made the little black sweet boxes. These have been embossed with the snowflake in silver embossing powder and filled with M&M's with the acetate window.(I made 19 of these).
Thanks for looking
Karen

I'm Back

Well hello everyone, I hope you all had a great Christmas and New Year.

Christmas was at my house this year and with the lead up to christmas I was very busy making the decorations for my table. My theme this year
was Black and Silver with a splash of red and I was thrilled to see the end result. I had a total of 19 people and we had a wonderful brunch, followed by a very casual dinner. When everyone left it was quick clean up time and back to packing as we were leaving for Albany the next morning for a week's break.

The trip to Albany was very daunting I must say, should only be about 5
hours travelling but no...for us it took 7 hours. With 6 people in the car
and a very very hot day, not a very good start to the holiday. The reason
unfortunately was due to the car transmission over heating... Well I must
say we now know all the "p" stops on the way to Albany as we had to stop
nearly every 15 mins. Although we had a bad start the holiday itself was
very relaxing. We showed the kids lots of the sites in Albany from Whale
World, to the Forte, we even headed to Denmark for a day, Farm visits
swimming and fishing. I was dreading the drive home but it went off
without a hitch....thank goodness.

Well I will stop rambling now and keep an eye out for all my news,
workshops etc...

Happy Stampin
