Mums Birthday Card

My mum's birthday is coming up soon so thought I would sit down and try and come up with something rather special for her. This card is made using stampin up punches. The lovely lady Valiata is such an inspiration, I knew I just had to make one of these flowers for my Mum.

Just Add Ink # 38 Challenge

Just Add Ink Challenge 38

Well the Ladies have set another challenge for this week. With Pink Ribbon Day coming up on the 25th October, to raise money for Breast Cancer they decided to make this week's challenge set around this. Just add Bling, and of course Pink.

My card I have used Blushing Bride for the main card with a layer of Very vanilla. I then stamped the French Script background stamp on the layer and made a bunch of Roses out of the 2 Step Bird Punch for the main feature. The saying Friends are flowers that never fade is from the new stamp set Friends Never Fade (#121522 $31.95) I have also used the new Scallop trim corner punch (#118870 $19.95).

Another Purse Bag

Remember the post with some Purse Bags that I did a little while ago, Well I have had a play with the template and this is a smaller version of the other one that I made. These are very quick and easy to make, what a great gift for someone. A couple of chocolates and gift card a small bottle of perfume or even some craft bits and bobs will fit nicely inside one of these Bags.
