Rock Climbing

Well hello to all my bloggers today.  thought I would drop in and show you all another Layout I have finished.

This one I have called Rock Climbing.  We had a family day out in the four wheel drive and ended up where ever we ended up.  We came to some rocks everywhere so we decided to explore.

Thanks for stopping by and having a look.

 Until next time happy scrapping

2 Layouts for a challenge

A COUPLE OF CHALLENGES

I decided I would take part in a couple of challenges this week and one was a Sketch and the other was to use Hexagons and Twine.

Here are the finished layouts

The above layout was for the Hexagon and Twine challenge.  I just love this photo of my daughter.

Priceless

PRICELESS

Well due to being home alone again last night and the TV was just boring, I sat down at my craft desk and came up with this layout.

This photo was taken back in 2009 and it is such a favorite of mine.

 This is the finished layout.
This is my cluster of handmade flowers.
Mmmm I wonder how I got this colour combination.
I do agree with my title.  Sometimes moments like these are hard to come by so they are Priceless.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you like my layout.
Might have to get bored some more.  lol

2 quick layouts

Thought it was time for another post.  With the school holidays here it has been abit hard to sit down and do some projects, but managed to get a whole day free yesterday, just me myself and I.  So I sat down and got some projects done.  I made two layouts for a challenge and 2 quick layouts of my youngest son.  Even managed to do a copy cat paper clip that is in the new catalogue.

So here are the layouts of my son. If you need a really quick layout, don't go past the kits that you can buy.

Like how these came together and in like only half an hour instead of the many hours I usually take.

Finished card

Recently I gave you a sneak peak of a card I was in the middle of creating.  So I thought I would show you the end result.

You have waited so long anyway so here it is.

I have used some chipboard pieces and embossed it to give it the rustic look also used SU Stamp Set Country side to stamp my Ute and just coloured it in with markers.

I think it makes for a great Male card or even one for Grandpa.

Thanks for stopping by and come back again soon for another reveal.

What Inspires you

Ok ladies, thought I would just drop by and let you all know that I have been abit quiet here lately but that is only because I am at my craft desk creating.

I have been working on some projects and hopefully will get a class up and running after the school holidays.

In the meantime why don't you leave me a comment about
what inspires you.

Funny enough most of my ideas, come from when I am trying to go to sleep.  My brain seems to think its time to place an embellishment there, no maybe over there oh yeah and don't forget the flower here, now I might just change that colour with that one oh no stay with the first colour.  Does this sound like you then leave a comment and let me know.
Interested also in how long it might take you to do a card or layout. I have just managed to do a card and it took me 1 1/2 hours, and I still haven't stuck it down.  Tomorrow will do that, probably just after I make a few changes.

I can feel a prize draw for this.  So if you leave me a comment on what inspires you, I will do a random draw for a winner.

I will post pictures when they are finished.

So come back again real soon.
