JAI102 - Just add Kathy Tanner

JAI #102 - Just add Kathy

Well its that time of the week again where I pop over to my favorite website and see what challenge is on for this week. Kathy Tanner is one of the design team and she has some lovely work so for this week we had to Just Add Kathy. I popped over to have a look around Kathy's website to see what I was going to do. I found this card one that Kathy did and was a little intrigued with the Grid Technique. So as I have a class coming up soon I thought I would give this one ago so I can teach my ladies as well.
Stamping Still - Kathy Tanners Card

Although I am not to sure whether I got the technique right I was pleased with the final outcome. My card for you today I have used Cherry Cobbler, Island Indigo and Very Vanilla Cardstock, along with Cherry Cobbler and Island Indigo Ink. The stamp set is The Open Sea which I just love at the moment and it also has matching Designer Series paper. I add the Hodgepodge hardware and some Bakers Twine and there you have it.

So thankyou Kathy for another great design and a new technique for me. Dont forget to pop over to the Just Add Ink website to see some more of Kathy's creations

Thanks for stopping by
