Just Add Holiday Photos
JAI Scrap #2
Well yesterday was a very bit of this and bit of that day. After such a very busy weekend with my eldest Son's racing I needed some chilling time, so I sat down at my craft desk and managed to get 2 Challenges done. Woo Hoo and yes they are both for the Just Add Ink website a favorite of mine. This one is the second Scrap Challenge they have done and for this one we just had to add Holiday Photos. Well with the holidays just gone I certainly did have a few to choose from and I decided to go with the beach ones.
For my challenge today I have used our In colours. I started with the Pool Party 12" x 12" textured paper and then for the photo backing I used the Peach Parfait and Island Indigo, with a touch of the Pear Pizzazz as well. I stamped the retired stamp set Seaside in Island Indigo and cut out the shells to add to the page. I have used the Vintage Market Alphabet die in the bigshot to get my title "Beach Fun" I have cut out two of each one in Island Indigo and one in Pear Pizzazz. A little bit a spritzing around the edges and there you have, my layout for the challenge.
The hardest part of this layout was sticking the letters back to back. But I do like the end results.
Don't forget to pop over to the Just Add Ink website to see what the design team have come up with.
